LEAP Offers ServSafe Certification

Food safety certification is required in most professional kitchens. The ServSafe Managers Certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification; ServSafe is the industry standard. Developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), the ServSafe certification course is meant for anyone who requires food safety training. Sign up for a class and/or exam today to expand your skills and increase employability.

To help food service professionals, LEAP offers ServSafe in-person classes, written exam proctor services, online exam proctor services, and individual tutoring. All classes and exams are taught and proctored by LEAP Kitchen Manager Jeff Bland. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.

Choosing ServSafe training through LEAP also helps our mission of supporting small businesses, sustaining local farmers, and building resilient food systems.
