2 pints cherry tomatoes
8oz mozzarella pearls in seasoned olive oil
Balsamic glaze to taste
Handful of basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Get your favorite shapes and colors of cherry tomatoes from a LEAP market to try in this summery salad.
Cut all of the cherry tomatoes in half and put them into a large serving bowl. (If you only have full-size tomatoes, slice or wedge them.)
Quarter all of the mozzarella pearls and toss with the halved cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add chopped basil. Toss together.
